Emerald Apartments
Emerald is the latest in a series of gem-inspired residential-retail developments from Downtown landowner Jade Enterprises, following similar projects such as Onyx, Topaz, and Sapphire. Sited on a .67-acre parking lot on the eastern perimeter of the South Park neighborhood in Downtown Los Angeles, Emerald features 154 apartments units, cascading open spaces on the rooftop, pool deck, associated underground parking, and corner retail to create a softer urban street edge that serves the neighborhood’s need for more retail options.
