Procore

Procore is SLC’s cloud-based enterprise project management system. From Cost Management and Forecasting, to Safety, Schedules, Drawings and more, Procore enables the organization to maintain the highest levels of collaboration and transparency across all project team members and stakeholders to ensure that information is always timely, accurate, and available at all times.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

SLC utilizes BIM as a standard part of the design and/or construction process to help mitigate time, cost and enhance quality on every client project. A 3D model is created during the preconstruction phase to give bidding contractors a multi dimensions understanding of the work, assist in the evaluation of constructability issues, and ensure that all scopes are complete and correct.

360 Photo Documentation

Every jobsite is equipped with AI technology that creates 360-degree imagery of the entire jobsite, creating an on-demand navigable view of the jobsite from anywhere in the world. These visuals allow all project team members and stakeholders to monitor progress remotely through virtual site tours and can also enable side-by-side comparisons to support QAQC efforts.

Data Analytics

SLC utilizes industry leading data analytics technology integrate the entire organization’s Procore data using Power BI, providing deep insights on various statistics and trends within and across all projects. Through the use of visual dashboards and custom reports, SLC utilizes data in a meaningful way to keep a pulse on the performance of projects and the business at all times.
