OSHA 30
All construction project team members are OSHA 30-Hour trained. This includes Superintendents, Asst. Superintendent, Field Engineers, Project Managers, Asst. Project Managers, Project Engineers.
Employee Ongoing Safety Training
All SLC team members go through a comprehensive New Employee Safety Onboarding Program and receive ongoing training through SLC’s Position Specific Safety Training Curriculum.
Subcontractor Onboarding Program
Subcontractors go through SLC’s comprehensive Subcontractor Safety Onboarding Program before being allowed to mobilize on-site.
Safety Manager Weekly Site Visits
SLC’s dedicated in-house Safety Manager visits every active construction site weekly to inspect, assess, and guide the project teams to ensure the highest levels of personnel health and wellness are always maintained.
Performance Monitoring
Executive leadership team monitors every project’s Site Safety Inspection data daily.
Safety Incentive Program
SLC’s Site Safety Incentive Program rewards project teams who maintain all SLC Safety Standards and encourage a proactive culture of safety.
CPR Certification
In-house CPR/AED certified instructor provides regular CPR training and to all construction project team members.
