The Malibu Village project consists of 4,600 SF of improvements to the outdoor mall at Cross Creek Road and Pacific Coast Highway. Working directly with the owner, architect and property manager, an abandoned space was revitalized and made suitable for future tenant build-out. On an extremely tight schedule, the space was brought up to current code through abatement of existing hazardous material, complete demolition of existing interior space, electrical system upgrades, ADA compliant restrooms and the addition of four, five-ton HVAC units on the roof. An addition of a demising wall allows for two future tenants that will benefit from the structural build-out and enclosure of existing patio to enlarge the existing space for future restaurant lease space.
