The project totals 117,178 square feet throughout one structure with 13 levels above grade and one level below grade. It includes 226 hotel keys including a variety of floorplans ranging from suites to 59 shared rooms for groups of four, six, or eight. Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge, a lobby with a bar, and two restaurants. Historic elements of the 1924 Commercial Exchange building were preserved throughout including the iconic neon blade sign, the tallest in Los Angeles.
